Former MK Ben Ari launches legal battle

Wednesday, December 28, 2022, 9:04 Former Knesset Member Michael Ben Ari has launched a legal battle against the Office of the State Attorney. Ben Ari hired a legal team to represent him at his hearing, Attorney Tzion Amir, a leading attorney, and Honenu Attorney Moshe Poleski.

Ben Ari: "The Office of the State Attorney leaked false and tendentious claims about me in order to defame me and sentence me before the trial [was even held]. Now, it should all become clear."
